Founder | Certified Bookkeeper | Business & Financial Consultant Paola Villate is the Founder of TrustUs Consulting Group, bringing more than 25 years of hands-on experience in business operations, financial management, real estate, and property management, among others. Throughout her career, Paola has worked closely with businesses at different stages of growth, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to build strong operations, maintain financial control, improve profitability, and achieve sustainable growth. She is a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB), a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Professional. Her approach goes beyond bookkeeping. Paola believes that accurate financial information is the foundation for better business decisions. By combining financial analysis with real-world operational experience, she helps business owners understand their numbers, identify opportunities, strengthen internal processes, and develop strategies for long-term profitability and growth. At the heart of her work is a genuine commitment to her clients.
